Membership
Hello Lake Hubert residents and friends!
It’s time to renew your Lake Hubert Conservation Association (LHCA) membership for 2026 or join us for the first time if you’ve never been a member before. Lake Hubert residents and guests enjoy the benefits of a great quality lake for swimming, fishing, boating and recreation and we invite you to be a member of the LHCA in 2026.
Full member dues are $95/calendar year for any person or persons who own property which abuts Lake Hubert. Associate Member dues are $50/calendar year and are available to a person who does not own real property on Lake Hubert but who is a family member of a current Full Member whose dues are paid.
It’s easy to join online using the On-Line Membership Form/Dues button to the left.
Last year over 85 percent of properties on the lake joined together in supporting the LHCA! We’re proud to be part of an involved community interested in protecting the great resource we have in Lake Hubert. Some of the ways your contributions are put to work to make sure the lake remains healthy include:
monthly water samples and Secchi disk readings
inspections of incoming watercraft at the landing to deter transport of aquatic invasive species (AIS)
surveying and treating curly leaf pondweed
regular testing for potential new AIS (starry stonewort, spiny water fleas and Eurasian milfoil)
adding to the environmental reserve fund to enable us to respond quickly if a new invasive is found in our lake
New in 2025 and continuing in 2026, we contracted for periodic lake-wide surveys by a local company who has a long history in surveying and treating local lakes for aquatic invasive species. We think the additional expertise will help us identify any new threats to the health of the lake more quickly. You can read more about the steps we are taking and the results in the 2025 Fall Invasive Species Update on our website
We also encourage getting to know your Lake Hubert neighbors, and we invite you to do that at the Annual Meeting, 4th of July Boat Parade and the Summer Social. Look for more information on these events in the Spring Newsletter, on our website https://www.lake-hubert.com/ or follow us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/LakeHubertConservationAssociation .
Your support is very important as we work to maintain the beauty and health of our lake and community for the enjoyment of current and future Lake Hubert residents! We look forward to working together in 2025. Join today!
Sincerely,
The Board of Directors of the Lake Hubert Conservation Association
